A friend of Dr. Greenstein will be making a presentation. He basically works in the areas of user-centered system design and human-computer interaction. He would like to include some discussion of employment opportunities at SPAWAR for students graduating with an emphasis in human factors.

A tour of the Thomas Creek Brewery in Greenville has been arranged so that our group can observe the brewing process and discuss the various Human Factors issues the company deals with when customizing generic equipment to suit their specific needs.
We will leave Clemson at 2:30 pm.
The tour begins at 3:30 pm.
We are planning to arrange transportation via a passenger van as well as personal vehicles. Please post your interest and transportation needs in the discussion forum under club business.

Dear HFES Carolina and Regional Student Chapter Members –
The Carolina Chapter of HFES will be hosting a Spring Social event this year. The Chapter is inviting all regional student chapters (NC State, NC A&T and Clemson) to meet for a BBQ and soccer match to celebrate the completion of another semester, the 1st quarter, etc.
