# Hotel reservations - Our limited-availability meeting rate at the New York Marriott Marquis Times Square is $199 per night. To qualify for this rate, you must first register for the meeting. Registration is scheduled to open soon. Once the HFES room block has been fully booked, this very low rate will no longer be available. Again, this is a first-come, first-served rate for registered attendees only.
